This Dark Sky Reserve has been on our bucket list for some time now since Mark became interested in astrophotography. Dark Sky Reserves are designated areas where the surrounding towns loosely agree to keep light pollution low so you can have an optimal stargazing experience.


Of course the weather doesn’t care much about any such labels and so we got a bit of clouds and storm for our visit. Despite that, we were able to snap some pretty epic photos! Still lots to learn and room for shot quality improvement but it turned out better than the last batch, so we were happy 😀.
