Arizona heat is a real thing; we stayed in this area with a high close to 101°F. Luckily, we found an easy pull in spot to work alongside Lake Pleasant. This time we and Dewey couldn't get enough of the water.

101 degrees at this time of year?! what happens in summer there?

Believe it gets up to 120 on occasion! I remember hearing stories of the asphalt in some places softening up it was so hot. Glad we didn’t come through in a month from now!
